Thanks - I think Hallie is a much better choice for a 4-year-old than Lindsey or Kailey. I'll just keep them hidden in the closet a little longer

Question

How much do LE's go for at the sale? Would they still possibly have any Kaileys left? Do they have any retired clothing items available? TIA!

I think this year they had some LEs for $85 or $90. I'm trying to remember which LEs they had. I know they had several of one, and just a few (literally about 4) of the other. I'm guessing it was Kailey they had a bunch of and just a few Lindsey, but I could be wrong. Next year I would expect them to have just a few Kaileys and maybe more of Marisol- because it's just whatever is returned that year.

I went to the sale for my first time last year and had a blast! I agree the furniture is a great thing to buy. I bought Kit's desk and Addy's desk for $45 each, Kit's table and chairs for $30. Also Josefina's table and chairs for $15. Also there were great deals on books- lots for $1-3 each. There aren't a lot of doll clothes there, and the clothes that are there usually aren't complete outfits it seems. There are limits- last years limits:

Historical or LE doll: 1 , does not include Kaya
Kaya: 2
AGOT, Bitty or Bitty Twins: 1 (total from this group)
Hopscotch Hill: 1
Mini dolls: 2
Historical outfit: 1 per doll
Bitty outfits: 2
HSH outfits: 1
AGOT outfits: 4

I know the limits change from year to year, so they might not be this next year, but it gives you an idea. You do need to buy a ticket to get into the sale and the tickets are time-specific, so obviously you try to get the earliest time slot you can. The sale starts at 7 am and goes to about 4 I think on Sat. I had about a 9:30 ticket and most of the historical doll clothes were gone, but there were lots of dolls left to choose from. On Sunday, you do not need a ticket to get it, but as people have noted, it gets kinda picked over by Sunday.

You should plan to go, it's an experience!
Jo
